I think you are refering to this The Grapes show?

http://www.archive.org/audio/etree-details-db.php?id=17085

i don't remember if i froze it or not, but yes, simon is right, a date needs to be associated with the top level diretory so that the show can be processed by the servers.

I do recognize that the specific date on shows is sometimes hard to track down, especially if it is 10 years ago...

What I suggest for the above show and for future shows, is unfortunately you'll have to arbitrarily set a date for the show to put in the top level directory. If a show for that month has already also been arbitrarily been designated the first of the month, put the second then (1993-04-02) and in the notes put that it didn't happen actually on that date, but that it as put that way just for archive.org naming standards.

I _believe_ that all you'll have to do on the above show is log-into your upload directory, rename the top level folder to a real date (and you might want to put a . between the date and that 'HoL2' high or low 2 referende. what is that?) making the top directory:

grapes1993-04-02.HoL2.shnf

since you said 1993-04-01 might be taken from another show. the files with and the md5 should be okay to keep the way they are (1993-04-00d1t01...) but we'll see. shows with non-corect date setups always get the system whacky.

post here when the above is done and we'll see whhat happens.

...ok I changed it to grapes1993-04-02.shnf. This was the 2nd of 2 live shows for the live album High or Low, hence HoL2. At the time I put that to distinquish between a few shows I have in April with no day listing. I cant edit the collection id though from the web end. Will that mess up anything having changed the parent directory? Thank you for your help.

Perfect. I think that is all you need to do.

yes, you cannot edit the collection id. hmm and in order to make sure it doesn't mess up anything having changed the parent directory, i deleted the contribution, so now all you have to do is re-import the show again (all the files are still up there in your upload directory) and you should be right as rain, now that the top direcoty is in an approvable system format, it should run cleanly and show up in listings as Apirl 02, 1993. let me know if it makes it public!
